On 8/31/2026 I went to a repair shop to do maintenance and was told my used tires I had just got were unfortunately dry rotted. I returned to hood tires to inform them of the matter and was blessed with two brand new tires. I appreciate the owner Eric Hood for understanding and blessing me on today.

I drove there on a Sunday nearly in tears. The folks here were so amazing & kind. The speed, authenticity, good vibes were like sunshine to a rough day. I was in & out with a tire replaced in about 15 minutes— max! Seriously, if I need a tire inspected & am not too far— I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much, you guys! You don’t know how much you helped me beyond just a tire change.

Back in March someone stole all four tires and rims from my Nissan. Eric was so great! He got me four loaner tires for a great price just so I could get my car to the shop for repair. He let me keep them until the repair was done which took forever. Overall amazing customer service and will recommend them anytime!

I had heard great things about this place and today got to experience it firsthand. Always happy to support small businesses in the community. Additional bonus that is black owned and has been a staple in the community for 70+ years. But the service that I received today was top-notch and I recommend this place to anyone that needs affordable and efficient service. Eric was awesome and honest, where he could’ve oversold me for an additional tire, but didn’t and said that it wasn’t needed. Contrary to my experience with discount tire the day before where they tried to sell me 4 tires when I really only needed 1. I saved $800. Hoods now have earned my upmost respect and a lifetime customer! I highly recommend. Thanks
